Prosciutto, Soppressetta, and Provolone Ciabatta

Pesto Mayonnaise: Combine ingredients until well blended.
For Service: Split ciabatta roll in half. Evenly spread 1 tablespoon of pesto mayonnaise on heel and crown of roll. Place 1 slice prosciutto ham on heel of roll. Place 2 slices of soppressetta salami on prosciutto. Place 2 slices of cheese on top of soppressetta salami. Place 1 slice red pepper on top of cheese. Place 1/2 cup of baby arugula on top of red pepper. Place 1/2 tablespoon pepper rings on top of arugula. Place crown of roll on sandwich to close.
