1. Prepare Salmon dry rub according to recipe.
2. place salmon on cutting board -trim fat off.-place salmon in pan skin side down-coat salmon side with honey-spread and
coat evenly
3. Place salmon dry rub on top of salmon side and honey-press rub on to fish-marinate minimum 4 hours & 40 min or less.
Set up grill for smoking-place salmon fillet on grill-smoke 30 min until internal temperature reaches 135 degrees -let salmon rest-hold 4 minutes or less for service.
