Spicy Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Tomato Soup

Tomato Soup: Combine soup and milk in a double boiler. Heat to a simmer. Stir in half and half. Heat through.
Sandwich Build: Lay bread on flat surface. On one slice of bread, spread 1 teaspoon chopped chipotle peppers. Place 2 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese over chipotle peppers. Top with second slice of bread. Preheat grill to 250˚F. Brush ½ tablespoon margarine on each side of sandwich. Place sandwich on grill. Grill until both sides are golden brown and cheese is melted. Cut in half diagonally and serve.
