Yield: 4 Wraps
8 slices cooked bacon
4 (12 inch) spinach herb tortilla wraps
1 cup herb Boursin cheese
12 slices smoked turkey breast
1 cup arugula, fresh
¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette
½ cup fresh Roma tomatoes, diced
Gluten, Milk, Mustard, Soy, Wheat
Nutritional InformationWrap Build: Place tortilla on a flat surface, spread ¼ cup Boursin cheese on bottom third of tortilla. Layer 3 slices smoked turkey on top of cheese. Place two slices of bacon on top of turkey. Place 3 or 4 arugula leaves on top of bacon. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon balsamic vinaigrette. Top with 2 teaspoons diced tomatoes. Fold over ends of tortilla. Roll tortilla tightly into a wrap. Cut in half.
