Directions:

1. To Prepare Poutine Brown Gravy: Bring water to a boil. Gradually whisk gravy mix into water until smooth. Add Worcestershire sauce until blended and heated through. Remove from heat. Strain through a sieve. Serve hot.
2. To Prepare French Fries:
   Preheat deep fryer to 350-degree Fahrenheit. Place frozen fries in basket. Do not overfill basket. Lower basket and cook for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes or until golden brown. Place basket on rack. Let excess fat drain. Divide into four portions. Serve hot.
3. To Prepare BBQ Pulled Pork Poutine:
   Heat pork according to manufacturer directions. As needed, place 1 serving of fries in center of service plate.
   In order, top with:
   -1/2 cup cheese curds
   -1/2 cup warm gravy
   -1/2 cup BBQ pulled pork
   -1 teaspoon chopped parsley.
   Enjoy immediately!
