Chicken, Fig & Brie Sandwich

For Service: Cut baguette into 4 equal pieces. Place peeled figs into food processor. Pulse, puree until smooth. Split baguettes lengthwise. Evenly spread 2 tablespoons fig mixture on heel of baguette. Place 3 slices of chicken on heel of baguette. Place 2 slices of brie cheese on top of chicken. Place 1/2 cup baby arugula on top of cheese. Drizzle 1/4 teaspoon of balsamic glaze over arugula. Close sandwich with crown of baguette.
