Garlic Grilled Beef with Cilantro Mashed Potatoes

Cilantro Mashed Potatoes: In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add potatoes and boil until tender. Remove potatoes from heat, drain well. Place cooked potatoes in a mixing bowl. Add cream, butter, lemon juice, salt, pepper and cilantro. In mixing bowl with paddle attachment, mix slowly to break up potatoes, beat until smooth
Marinade And Grilling Beef: Cut beef into 1 inch thick steaks, 12 inches long x 5 inches wide x1 inch In a bowl , combine oil, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, paprika and red pepper flakes. In a large sealed plastic bag, add cut beef. Add marinade and seal bag. Refrigerate for 8 hours. Drain and discard excess marinade. Preheat grill to medium high heat, place beef steak on grill. Grill for 4 minutes, flip steak over and grill for 4 minutes. Spread 2 tablespoons of (first listed) bbq on both sides of steak. Remove steak from grill and let rest for 15 minutes before slicing. Slice steak into 1/4 inch strips on a bias.
For Service: For each serving, place 1/2 cup cilantro mashed potatoes on plate. Place 4 to 5 slices of beef on top of cilantro mashed potatoes. Place 1/2 broccoli next to potatoes. Serve with 2 tablespoons chipotle bbq sauce (second listed) on the side.
