1 yellow onion, peeled and sliced ¼ inch
Grilled Green Peppers
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/8 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 green bell pepper, sliced ¼ inch
