Mix honey, whiskey, lemon juice, vinegar, oil and thyme until well blended. Place salmon in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add honey mixture; turn to coat well. Refrigerate up to 2 hours to marinate.
Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove salmon from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
Grill salmon 5 minutes on each side or until salmon flakes easily with fork.
