This is one of the best recipes, which is made with fresh ingredients. It’s very healthy and mostly taken in all occasions. The methi leaf is available about 10 months of the year.

5 Tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cinnamon sticks
1 ½ tsp. cloves
1 ½ tsp. cardamom
1 ½ tsp. black peppercorns
1 ½ tsp. green chili
1 Tablespoon ginger garlic paste
3 ½ ounces yellow onion
7 ounces methi leaves
1 Tablespoon cumin seeds
1 Tablespoon garam masala
1 ½ Tablespoon cream
½ Tablespoon salt
1 ¾ ounces green peas

Nutritional InformationRemove mixture and separate the whole spices and grind into a smooth paste.
Heat a small pan with some oil. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
Add prepared onion paste and cook until it starts to leave the sides of the pan. Then, add salt, garam masala and stir. Cook for a few minutes.
Mix the chopped methi and green peas, add water and cook for a few minutes until it is cooked.
Mix the cream and let it simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
