Directions:

1. To Prepare Bacon Shallot Jam: Prepare coffee according to package direction. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Arrange bacon on sheet pans. Cook for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Transfer cooked bacon to drip pan to drain off fat. Allow to cool. Diced cool bacon. Hold refrigerated until ready to use. Heat oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add onions, shallots and garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes or until caramelized. Add diced bacon, balsamic vinegar, coffee, sugar and honey. Stir to combine. Reduce heat to low. Simmer for 10 minutes or until mixture reaches syrup consistency. Remove from heat. Allow to cool. Hold refrigerated until ready to use.
2. To Thousand Island Sauce: In a stainless-steel bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix until well-blended. Place in refrigerator until ready to use.
3. To Prepare French Fries: Preheat deep fryer to 350-degree F. Place frozen fries in basket. Do not overfill basket. Lower basket and cook for 3 minutes or until golden brown. Place basket on rack. Let excess fat drain. NOTE: If no deep fryer is available, cook in the oven according to directions on package.
4. To Prepare Social Burger: Place patties on a hot and well-scraped grill pan. When “puddles of juice” form on the surface (3 to 3 1/2 minutes),
   turn patties. Grill for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes on second side or until juices run clear and inside of patty is no longer pink. Turn patties one more time to sear surface. Top each patty with 2 slices cheese. Allow to melt. Remove from heat. Place 1 hot patty with melted cheese on heel of bun. In order, top each patty with: 2 Tablespoons bacon shallot jam, 2 to 3 onion rings, 2 slices tomato, 1 leaf green lettuce, 2 Tablespoons Thousand Island sauce. Place crown of bun on sandwich to close. Place on service plate. Divide French fries evenly amongst the plates. Enjoy immediately!
