Asian Grilled Skirt Steak Sandwich

Asian Marinade: In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and lime juice. Whisk until well blended. Pour marinade over meat, Toss to evenly coat. Refrigerate for 2 hours to marinade. Drain and discard marinade. Remove meat from marinade and season with salt and pepper.
For Service: Heat griddle to medium high heat. Place marinated meat on griddle. Cook 3 minutes on each side. Add bok choy and mushrooms to meat. Cook until lightly browned and tender. Add bbq sauce and jalapeno peppers to meat and vegetable mixture. Remove from griddle. Place mixture on baguettes, close sandwich with crown.
