Wrap Build: Place tortilla on a flat surface, spread ¼ cup Boursin cheese on bottom third of tortilla. Layer 3 slices smoked turkey on top of cheese. Place two slices of bacon on top of turkey. Place 3 or 4 arugula leaves on top of bacon. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon balsamic vinaigrette. Top with 2 teaspoons diced tomatoes. Fold over ends of tortilla. Roll tortilla tightly into a wrap. Cut in half.
