Sautéed Peppers and Onions ¼ cup yellow onion, sliced thin
¼ cup green peppers, julienned
1 tablespoon red peppers, julienned
½ teaspoon canola oil
Breakfast Bowl 1 package frozen tater tots cooked to package directions
8 large eggs, scrambled
1 cup cheese sauce
½ cup thick and chunky salsa
2 teaspoons cilantro leaves, chopped
Oil for frying tater tots
Sautéed Peppers and Onions: In a sauté pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and peppers to sauté pan and sauté until softened.
Breakfast Bowl Build: Portion ½ cup tater tots in bowl. Top with ½ cup scrambled eggs, 1 tablespoon Sautéed Peppers and Onions, 2 tablespoons cheese sauce, 2 tablespoons salsa and 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro.
