Avocado Macaroni and Cheese

For Service: In a small sauce pan, add milk, garlic, nutmeg and chili powder. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. In a blender, add parsley. 2 cups avocado, 2 cups cheese, lime juice, salt and hot milk mixture. Blend until smooth. Add cooked macaroni into large sauce pot. Pour blended cheese sauce mixture over pasta. Toss to combine. Garnish with chives ,remaining cheese and avocado.
