Brined Chicken Breast:
4 (5 ounce) boneless and skinless chicken breasts or 20 ounces boneless and skinless chicken breast cut into 5 equal size pieces
1 cup water
¼ cup lime juice
2 teaspoons light brown sugar
2 teaspoons Kosher salt
4 sprigs fresh cilantro leaves
Crisp Bacon:
8 slices raw bacon
Guacamole:
1 ½ avocadoes
2 teaspoons lime juice
2 Tablespoons diced fresh plum tomatoes
2 Tablespoons diced red onions
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1/8 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Chicken Guacamole BLT Sandwich:
2 ¼ teaspoons garlic powder
2 ¼ teaspoons onion powder
2 ¼ teaspoons chili powder
2 ¼ teaspoons ground cumin
8 (1/2 ounce) slices Monterey jack cheese
4 thin slices red onions
8 thin slices tomatoes
4 trimmed green leaf lettuce leaves
4 (4.5-inch) sesame seed hamburger buns

Nutritional InformationCut cold avocados in half and remove pit. Skin the halves with a spoon and place in an appropriately sized bowl. Discard skins. Pour lime juice over the avocados. Mash until pulp is smooth and any chunks are broken into pieces no larger than ½-inch. Add remaining ingredients. Fold together with a rubber spatula until completely mixed.
