Ingredients:

2 cups apple fennel slaw
4 12 inch flour tortillas
12 slices cooked honey smoked ham
8 slices mild cheddar cheese
4 leaves green leaf lettuce

Apple Fennel Slaw Salad
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh dill weed
2 teaspoons fresh grated lemon rind
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 medium Fuji apple, julienne, with skin
1/2 cup fresh fennel sliced 1/4 inch crosswise, julienne

Directions:

Apple fennel slaw salad: Combine mayonnaise, dill, lemon rind, salt and pepper for the dressing . Mix until well blended. Combine apple, fennel, and dressing. Mix well.
For Service: Evenly spread 1/2 cup of apple fennel slaw on bottom third of tortilla. Place 3 slices ham on top of slaw. Place 2 slices cheddar cheese on top of ham. Place 1 lettuce leaf on top of cheese. Fold over ends of tortilla. Roll tightly into a wrap. Cut in half on a bias.
