Marinated Pork Cutlet:
1 ¼ pounds raw Canadian pork loin
½ cup unseasoned rice vinegar
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Hoisin Sesame Sauce Dressing:
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
1 Tablespoon and 2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 ½ teaspoons unseasoned rice vinegar
1 ¼ teaspoons soy sauce
½ teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic cloves
½ teaspoon peeled and grated fresh ginger
Hoisin Sesame Crispy Pork Sandwich:
¼ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup cornstarch
Oil for deep fat frying
4 (4") sesame seed hamburger buns
¼ fresh Avocado, seeded and thinly sliced
Gluten, Sesame, Soy, Wheat
Nutritional InformationNOTE: Discard leftover breading at end of meal preparation. Toast inside of buns. Place 1 hot breaded pork cutlet on heel of each bun.
In order, top with:
