Dash ground black pepper
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Pastrami and Gruyere on Rye
8 slices marble rye bread
1/2 cup Garlic Dijonnaise
8 slices Gruyère cheese
12 ounces thinly sliced pastrami
1/2 cup Caramelized Onions
8 teaspoons unsalted butter, softened

To Assemble Pastrami and Gruyere on Rye:
1. Spread 1 tablespoon Garlic Dijonnaise on one side of each slice of rye bread.
2. Build each sandwich on one slice of bread by layering:
