Prepare Shahi Methi Mutter.
Heat the oil in a pan on a medium heat and add chopped onion and cook until it is golden brown. Add whole spices until the aroma is extracted. Then, add ginger garlic paste and sauté until cooked. Add green chilies and cook for a minute.
Remove mixture and separate the whole spices and grind into a smooth paste.
Heat a small pan with some oil. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
Add prepared onion paste and cook until it starts to leave the sides of the pan. Then, add salt, garam masala and stir. Cook for a few minutes.
Mix the chopped methi and green peas, add water and cook for a few minutes until it is cooked.
Mix the cream and let it simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
