A sub with a flavor twist: ham, turkey, bacon and provolone with Memphis-style BBQ sauce
Yield: 4 (6 inch) subs
8 slices cooked crispy bacon
4 sub rolls sliced
4 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
4 slices tomatoes, sliced ¼ inch and then cut in half
12 slices smoked ham, sliced thin
12 slices turkey breast, sliced thin
4 slices provolone cheese, cut in half
4 dill pickle spears
Gluten, Milk, Mustard, Wheat
Nutritional InformationSandwich Build: Split rolls in half lengthwise, leaving one side hinged. Spread 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce on bottom of each roll. Top barbecue sauce with ¼ cup lettuce and 2 half slices of tomato. Top tomato with 3 slices each of ham and turkey, 2 slices of bacon and 2 half-moon slices of cheese. Cut in half diagonally. Serve with one pickle spear.
